Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy


Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original condition and unused with all accessories and packaging.
  • Some products are non-exchangeable, including: face masks, socks, bags, and thermal clothing.
  • Eligible products will be exchanged for a new product only.

Electrical Products

  • All electrical products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be handled through the warranty only, according to the manufacturer’s terms.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
  • All shipments must be prepaid.
  • Boost Box is not responsible for lost packages during the return or exchange process.

Refunds

  • Returned products will be inspected within 24–48 hours of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the bank.

Damaged Products

  • Any damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided.
  • Claims will be processed in coordination with the shipping company to ensure proper replacement or compensation.

Warranty

  • All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Boost Box provides support only to assist with warranty claims.
  • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.
  • Warranty processing time depends on the manufacturer’s policies.

Battery Warranty

  • All batteries include a 10-day operational warranty from the date of receipt.
  • Lithium batteries from EarthX include a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
  • To activate the warranty, a claim must be submitted via the manufacturer’s official website, including photos and following the instructions.
  • Once approved and a warranty number is issued, the battery can be exchanged at any of our branches.
