Returns and Exchanges

Returns within: 3 days of receipt.

Exchanges within: 7 days of receipt.

Conditions

The product must be in its original, unused condition, with the original invoice retained.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted if:

• The product has been opened or its packaging tampered with.
• It shows signs of damage, use, or improper storage.
• It was not properly packaged.
• Any accessories or original packaging are missing.

Exceptions

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, such as:

• Used products (shoes, clothing, spare parts).
• Electrical and electronic components and batteries.
• Personal protective clothing and equipment after use or removal of accessories.
• Technical spare parts after installation or use.

Fees and Discounts

A discount of up to 25% is applied when a resalable product is returned.

If the purchase was made in-store and payment was made by bank card (Visa / Mastercard), and a return is requested after 24 hours from the purchase date, a 2.5% electronic payment processing fee will be deducted.

Compatibility and Installation

Ensuring the part or product is compatible with the motorcycle or intended use is the customer's responsibility before purchase.

Defective Products or Incorrect Shipping

We will bear all costs in the event of:

• A shipping error.
• A proven manufacturing defect.

Return or Exchange Method

A return shipping label can be requested from customer service for SAR 30, or the product can be shipped at the customer's expense.
