Orders and Pre-Orders

When you complete an order, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details. An order is considered confirmed once payment is completed successfully.

Products not stocked on the website can be requested through pre-order. Once a pre-order is confirmed, we arrange the product specifically for you. For this reason, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

We provide fully secure payment methods, and all transactions are processed through trusted, encrypted payment gateways.

Prices may change at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time your order is placed.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery within Saudi Arabia takes 2 to 4 business days, with major cities receiving orders in around 2 business days and other locations in 3 to 4 business days. Returns and Exchanges

Returns can be requested within 3 days of receiving the product, and exchanges within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original, unused condition and the original invoice is retained.
