Shipping Carriers

Orders within Saudi Arabia are shipped via Naqel or Aramex. International orders are shipped via global carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

Delivery Time

Within Saudi Arabia: your order arrives within 2 to 4 business days from the shipping date. Major cities take around 2 business days, and other locations take 3 to 4 business days.

International shipping: delivery time varies depending on the destination country, and the details are shown to you at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a message with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment step by step until it arrives.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders over SAR 1,500 within Saudi Arabia.

For orders below this amount, and for international shipments, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you pay.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge.
• If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, you can submit a return request according to our Return and Exchange Policy.
• Special orders and products not stocked on the website, which we arrange for you after a confirmed pre-order, cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping Errors

If a shipping error happens on our side, such as receiving a different product than the one you ordered, we will cover the full cost of return and replacement at no charge to you.
