Shipping Carriers

Orders within Saudi Arabia are shipped via Naqel or Aramex. International orders are shipped via global carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

Delivery Time

Order processing: in-stock orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of order confirmation.

Within Saudi Arabia: your order arrives within 2 to 4 business days from the shipping date. Major cities take around 2 business days, and other locations take 3 to 4 business days.

International shipping: delivery time varies by destination country; contact us and we will give you an estimate.

Pre-order items: products not currently in stock arrive in about 2 weeks; we will confirm the expected date when we confirm your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a message with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment step by step until it arrives.

Shipping Cost

• Within Saudi Arabia, orders under SAR 1,500: flat SAR 30 per order.
• Within Saudi Arabia, orders of SAR 1,500 or more: free shipping.
• International (all other countries, including the GCC): flat SAR 350 per order.

Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge.
• If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, you can submit a return request according to our Return and Exchange Policy.
• Special orders and products not stocked on the website, which we arrange for you after a confirmed pre-order, cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping Errors

If a shipping error happens on our side, such as receiving a different product than the one you ordered, we will cover the full cost of return and replacement at no charge to you.
