The Sena 60S EVO Dual Pack puts two flagship motorcycle intercom headsets in one box, paired to each other before shipping, with mounting hardware for four helmets. It is built for a rider and pillion, for two friends who ride together most weekends, or for a household with two motorcycles. Both units leave the factory on the same firmware, so the first ride together needs no pairing and no update.
What is the Sena 60S EVO Dual Pack?
The Sena 60S EVO Dual Pack is two 60S EVO headsets sold together under part number 60S-EVO-01D. The units arrive paired on Bluetooth Intercom, so rider and passenger talk the first time both are switched on, and each one has the same Bose audio, Mesh 3.0, Wave and Bluetooth 5.3 as the Single Pack.
Nothing is reduced to make the Dual Pack. It is two complete kits: two main units, four clamp kits, four of each microphone type, eight faceplates, two cables. The headset itself is described in full on the Sena 60S EVO Single Pack page; this page covers what only matters when you buy two.
Who should buy the Dual Pack?
The Dual Pack is for a rider and passenger, two riding partners, or a family with two bikes. It is the wrong choice for a solo rider, and for a rider whose partner already owns a Sena headset or a Mesh-compatible one, because one more unit is all they need.
A couple on one bike in Riyadh gets the most direct benefit: the two units are already linked, so the conversation starts when both power on with no menu and no app step. Two friends on separate bikes use the same pair on Mesh for the open highway and on Wave when they split up in traffic. A household with two motorcycles and four helmets uses the four clamp kits to fit every helmet and moves the two units wherever they are needed.
Why buy two headsets together instead of one now and one later?
Two units from one box arrive on identical firmware, already paired, with four clamp kits instead of two. A second Single Pack bought months later arrives on whatever firmware is current at that time, so the pair needs a pairing step and an update before the first ride together.
Sena's over-the-air updates fix a firmware mismatch, but the first ride gets delayed until both units are on the same version. Pre-pairing removes the Bluetooth pairing step entirely. And four clamp kits means no helmet in the household goes without a mount. The guide to choosing between the Single and Dual Pack goes through the full comparison.
How do rider and passenger connect on the Dual Pack?
Out of the box the two units talk on Bluetooth Intercom with no setup. For Mesh, both riders lift the antenna and choose the same channel. For Wave, both sign into the Sena Motorcycles app and join the same group over mobile data.
Bluetooth Intercom is the right mode for rider and pillion on one bike. Mesh is the right mode for two bikes: 2 km of range in open terrain between the units, more if other Sena riders are relaying. Wave is the right mode when the two bikes lose each other in the city.
One tip for group meets in Saudi Arabia. Open Mesh connects to every Sena within range on that channel, which at a large gathering means dozens of voices. Switch both units to Group Mesh, a closed group of up to 24, and only your riders are in the conversation. A third rider on a Cardo or Midland joins over Bluetooth Intercom, which supports up to 4.
Fitting two headsets on different helmet types
Each rider picks the microphone that suits their helmet from their own kit: the thin wired microphone for a full-face helmet, the wired-boom microphone for a modular or open-face. Both units should be updated in the app before the first ride so they stay on matching firmware.
Because the Dual Pack includes both microphone types for each rider, a full-face and a modular helmet in the same household are both covered without buying anything. The fitting steps for the mount and speakers are the same as for a single unit and are described on the Single Pack page.
Charging two headsets
Two USB-C cables are in the box, so both units charge at the same time in 1.5 hours. Each runs 27 hours on Bluetooth Intercom or 19 hours on Mesh, and both should be charged indoors in summer because Sena rates charging from 0°C to 45°C.
A rider and pillion on Bluetooth Intercom for a full weekend will not flatten either unit. Both units are rated to operate to 55°C and both are IPX7, so they survive heat, rain and washing.
How to check the box is the 60S EVO Dual Pack
The Dual Pack box reads 60S EVO with part number 60S-EVO-01D. The older Sena 60S Dual Pack carries part number 60S-01D, uses Harman Kardon speakers instead of Bose, and its units are not compatible with the ANC earbuds.
Both dual packs are still on shelves in Saudi Arabia and the packaging looks similar. If the listing mentions "Harman Kardon" or "24 hours", it is the 60S pair. ANC earbuds for the EVO are sold separately, one set per rider.

Are the two units paired when they arrive?
Yes. Sena pairs Dual Pack units on Bluetooth Intercom at the factory. They connect as soon as both are on.
Can I split the Dual Pack and use one unit alone?
Yes. Each headset works on its own with a phone, a Mesh group or Wave.
Do both units need the same firmware?
They should be on the same version for Mesh and Bluetooth Intercom to behave identically. Units from one Dual Pack ship matched; update both in the app before the first ride.
Can a third rider on a different brand join the two of us?
Yes, over Bluetooth Intercom, which supports up to 4 riders including other brands.
What is the difference between the 60S Dual Pack and the 60S EVO Dual Pack?
The EVO units have Bose audio, 27-hour battery, antenna and USB sensors, ANC earbud support and four faceplates each. Part numbers are 60S-01D and 60S-EVO-01D.
