After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Is this the same helmet Valentino Rossi actually raced in?
Rossi raced in the AGV Pista GP, AGV's carbon-fiber MotoGP helmet. This K1 is AGV's official road replica of the Mugello 2016 design: the same licensed graphic, applied to AGV's sport road helmet at a fraction of the racing helmet's price.
What does the Mugello 2016 design show?

Is a Pinlock anti-fog insert included?
No. The visor is Pinlock prepared, meaning an insert fits directly onto it, but the insert itself is sold separately with this model. We recommend adding one if you ride in humid or coastal areas.
Does this helmet have a built-in sun visor?
No, the K1 uses a single clear visor without an internal sun visor. Riders who want that convenience should look at the AGV K3 in our store, though it is not available in Rossi replica graphics.
Is the K1 certified to ECE 22.06?
No. This generation of the K1 carries ECE 22.05 and DOT dual homologation, the standards in force when it was released. It remains fully legal to buy and ride. If the newest certification is your priority, the AGV K1 S and K3 are certified under ECE 22.06.
What are the MS and ML sizes?
AGV splits the middle of the range into Medium-Small and Medium-Large instead of a single Medium. If you normally wear M, measure your head and check between MS and ML. This split is exactly why K1 owners tend to get a more precise fit.
Can I install a Cardo or Sena intercom?
Yes. The K1's cheek pad and neck roll area accommodates the common Bluetooth systems, and its smooth side surfaces make clamp or adhesive mounting straightforward.
Will this helmet hold its value?
Rossi replica graphics are discontinued licensed designs, and AGV does not reissue them. While we cannot promise future prices, these editions have historically stayed in demand among VR46 collectors long after leaving production, especially unworn examples kept in the box.
