How to Measure

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the armpits, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, in line with your navel, keeping the tape horizontal.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm below the waistline.
Thigh: Measure around the widest part of your thigh, just below the crotch.
Inner Leg: Stand straight and measure from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle.
Outer Arm: Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.
Height: Stand against a wall and measure from the floor to the top of your head.

Fit Tips

Jacket should allow full arm and torso movement.
Leave room for a base layer in cold weather.
If between sizes, choose according to chest measurement first.

Weighing only 664 grams (size M/L), it stands as one of the lightest CE Level 1 certified protectors on the market. Its structure features 18% ventilation apertures precisely aligned through both layers of the hybrid shell, ensuring maximum cooling efficiency and airflow during intense rides.

The flexible chest plate naturally molds to the rider’s body for a custom, adaptive fit, while the anatomically profiled back protector follows the spine’s natural curve to enhance comfort and protection.

The protector is equipped with adjustable and removable shoulder pads for personalized fitting and BNS compatibility via elastic pull tabs, making it a versatile choice for motocross and off-road enthusiasts.

Shipping

We ship your order within Saudi Arabia via Naqel or Aramex, and it typically arrives within 2 to 4 business days: about 2 days for major cities, and 3 to 4 days for other areas.

Free shipping on orders over SAR 1,500 within the Kingdom.

We also ship internationally via carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Delivery times vary by destination country.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.

You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return & exchange conditions

The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.

Excluded products

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.

Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.

Fees

When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.

For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

How to return

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.

Manufacturing defects & shipping errors

If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.

Processing & refunds

Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
