شروط الإرجاع والاستبدال
يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية غير مستخدم، مع الاحتفاظ بالفاتورة الأصلية والتغليف الأصلي وجميع الملحقات.
لا يُقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال إذا تم فتح المنتج أو العبث بتغليفه، أو ظهرت عليه علامات استخدام أو تلف أو تخزين غير سليم، أو كانت أي ملحقات أو أجزاء من التغليف الأصلي مفقودة.
المنتجات المستثناة
بعض المنتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، مثل: المنتجات المستعملة كالأحذية والملابس وقطع الغيار، والقطع الكهربائية والإلكترونية والبطاريات، وملابس ومعدات الحماية الشخصية بعد الاستخدام أو نزع ملحقاتها، وقطع الغيار الفنية بعد التركيب أو الاستخدام.
يجب فحص المنتجات الإلكترونية والبطاريات خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام.
الرسوم
عند إرجاع منتج قابل لإعادة البيع، قد يُخصم ما يصل إلى 25% من قيمته.
للمشتريات من المعرض المدفوعة ببطاقة بنكية (فيزا أو ماستركارد)، إذا طُلب الإرجاع بعد مرور 24 ساعة من الشراء، تُخصم رسوم معالجة دفع إلكتروني بنسبة 2.5%.

العيوب المصنعية وأخطاء الشحن
إذا كان المنتج به عيب مصنعي مثبت، أو حدث خطأ في الشحن من طرفنا، فسنتحمل كامل التكاليف وتحصل على استرداد كامل شامل رسوم الشحن.
معالجة الطلب والاسترداد
تتم معالجة طلبات الإرجاع والاستبدال خلال يومي عمل. بعد الموافقة على طلبك، يتم تنفيذ الاسترداد في نفس اليوم، وقد يظهر المبلغ في حسابك خلال 1 إلى 7 أيام عمل حسب البنك.
