OVERVIEW
Ideal for handlebars, the RAM-B-149Z-UN10U consists of a zinc-coated U-bolt base, medium length double socket arm, and the popular spring-loaded RAM® X-Grip® large phone holder. In addition, hardware is included to accommodate rails from .5" - 1.25" in diameter. The RAM® X-Grip® features an 'X' design that expands and contracts to provide a perfect fit for your device – even if it's in a case. Made of powder-coated, marine-grade aluminum, stainless steel components, and high-strength composite, this large version of the RAM® X-Grip® fits phones ranging from 1.75" to 4.5" in width and keeps your device completely functional and accessible. RAM® ball and socket technology allows for near-infinite adjustability to achieve the ideal viewing angle – while also extending the life of your phone by providing shock and vibration damping. For outdoor applications, the RAM® X-Grip® includes a device tether that is recommended for added security and peace of mind.

Free shipping on orders over SAR 1,500 within the Kingdom.
We also ship internationally via carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Delivery times vary by destination country.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
