The Premier Hyper Carbon helmet is the lightest lid Premier makes, at 1,220 grams in the small shell. It is a full face helmet with the Double D ring strap that track marshals look for, a wind tunnel spoiler, ECE 22.06 approval, and a liner comfortable enough for a Tuesday commute. What it does not have is an internal sun visor, and we will tell you why that is a fair trade.

Why riders pick the Hyper Carbon
The weight. At 1,220 g the Hyper Carbon is about 120 g lighter than Premier's Devil Carbon and around 300 g lighter than a typical polycarbonate helmet such as the Premier Typhoon U9BM. On a track day you feel it in the braking zones, and on a two hour ride you feel it in your neck.
Double D ring. A Double D strap has no moving parts, cannot open by accident, and is what track organisers in the Gulf ask for at scrutineering. It takes a week to get quick at it, then you never think about it again.
Wind tunnel shape. The rear spoiler is not decoration. It steadies the helmet at speed so your head is not being pulled around when you look over your shoulder on the highway, and it hides the air extractor for cleaner airflow.
Visor with a centre lock. A single button in the middle of the visor locks it shut. Over 120 km/h that stops the visor lifting and cuts wind noise to a level you can live with all day.
No sun visor, on purpose. A drop down sun visor adds weight, adds a mechanism, and lowers the shell's clearance in a crash. Premier left it out to keep the Hyper light and simple. Fit a dark or silver mirror Premier Hyper visor for daytime and keep the clear one in your bag.
Comfort that does not feel like a race helmet. The Sanitized liner is soft, the Easy Fit channel takes glasses, and the padding kit lets you tune the cheeks. Premier calls it sporty but not extreme, and that is accurate.
Who the Hyper Carbon is for
You do track days at Gulf circuits or you ride a sport bike hard on the road, and you want one helmet that passes scrutineering and still feels fine in traffic. You value low weight over gadgets. You are happy to swap visors for sun rather than flick a lever.
Look at the Premier Devil Carbon instead if you want an internal sun visor and a micrometric buckle for daily convenience.

Note: some listings elsewhere describe this helmet with an internal sun visor. That is incorrect. The Hyper Carbon does not have one. Tinted visors are sold separately.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Is the Premier Hyper Carbon track legal?
It carries ECE 22.06 and a Double D ring, which meets the helmet requirement for most Gulf track days and club events. Check your organiser's list, because some series require FIM homologation on top.
How much lighter is it than the Devil Carbon?
About 120 g in the small shell (1,220 g versus 1,340 g) and around 90 g in the large shell. Both figures have a 50 g tolerance.
Does it have a sun visor?
No. Use a tinted or iridium visor for day riding. Removal and refitting takes a few seconds with the quick release plates.
How do I fasten a Double D ring?
- Pass the strap end through both rings.
- Loop it back over the outer ring and through the inner ring only.
- Pull tight, then clip the loose end to the press stud.
Is it too loud for the road?
With the visor locked and the chin curtain fitted it is on par with other sport helmets. Earplugs are still a good idea on any helmet above 100 km/h.
Can I wear it with glasses?
Yes. The Easy Fit liner leaves a channel at each temple.
