The Premier Devil Carbon is an Italian full face helmet built for riders who spend real hours on the road. The glossy carbon shell keeps the weight down to around 1,340 grams, the visor opening is wider than older Premier models, and you get a drop down sun visor and a Pinlock insert in the box. It carries ECE 22.06 approval, the current European standard.
If you ride a naked bike, a sport tourer or an adventure bike and want one helmet that handles the daily commute and the long weekend ride, this is the one to look at.
What the carbon shell actually does for you
Premier does not use plain carbon here. The shell mixes carbon fibre, aramid (the same family as Kevlar) and Dyneema, bonded with epoxy resin. Carbon keeps it light. Aramid and Dyneema add flex, so the shell can give a little on impact and spread the force instead of cracking.
The result is a helmet that sits around 1,340 g in the small shell and 1,380 g in the large shell. It is not the lightest carbon helmet you can buy, but after two hours in the saddle your neck will notice the difference compared with a standard polycarbonate lid like the Premier Typhoon U9BM.
The glossy carbon finish shows the weave clearly. It looks expensive because it is real carbon, not a printed pattern. If you want the same shell with colour on it, the Premier Devil JC red carbon uses the same construction with a red graphic.
ECE 22.06 approved
The Devil Carbon passes ECE 22.06, which is the newer, stricter version of the European helmet test. Compared with the old 22.05 standard, 22.06 tests more impact points, adds rotational (angled) impact tests and checks the sun visor and any fitted accessories too.
Premier also fitted emergency quick release cheek pads. If you go down, medics can pull the pads out and lift the helmet off without twisting your neck. Premier backs the helmet with a 5 year warranty.
Wider visor, sun visor and Pinlock in the box
The clear visor is anti scratch and about 11% wider than earlier Premier helmets, so you get more side vision in traffic. It has a quick release mechanism, so you can swap it in seconds without tools, and a chin bar lock that holds it shut at speed for a quieter ride.
The internal dark sun visor drops down with a lever on the left side. In Gulf sunlight this is the feature you will use every day, and it means you never have to carry a second visor or ride with sunglasses under the helmet.
The Pinlock anti fog insert is included. You will need it in winter mornings and in air conditioned car parks when you step out into humid air.
Ventilation for hot weather
Two adjustable intakes, one on the top and one on the chin, push air in. A rear extractor under the spoiler pulls hot air out. The inner padding is designed to wick sweat away from the top of your head.
To be clear, ventilation is good rather than exceptional. In 40 degree heat no full face helmet stays cool at a standstill. On the move, the Devil Carbon breathes well enough for daily use.
Fit, glasses and interior
Premier makes the Devil Carbon in two shell sizes across XS to XXL, so a small rider does not end up with a big, bulky helmet. The Easy Fit system leaves room around the temples for prescription glasses, which most sport helmets get wrong.
The full interior comes out for washing. In the box you also get the Advanced Padding System, extra pads you can swap in to fine tune the fit if the helmet feels loose at the cheeks.
The chin strap uses a micrometric quick release buckle. Set it once, then click in and out with gloves on.
Ready for Bluetooth
There are speaker pockets in the cheek pads and channels for wiring, so a Cardo or Sena intercom fits cleanly. The helmet does not come with an intercom, but installing one takes minutes. Compatible units are in our motorcycle Bluetooth intercom collection.
Who should buy it
Buy it if you want a real carbon helmet with a sun visor, a wide view and current safety approval at a fair price. Skip it if you want the absolute lightest race helmet or the loudest ventilation for track days; for that, look at the race-focused Premier Hyper Carbon instead.

You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Measure around your head just above the eyebrows. Compare with the Premier size chart. If you are between sizes, go smaller, since the padding softens over the first few weeks.
