Description:
After over a year of in-house research and testing, the BT Moto M Race Velocity Stacks for the 2015–2019 BMW S1000RR are finally available. While velocity stack upgrades are common in Japanese sportbikes, the unique and complex airbox design of the S1000RR has always made this upgrade more challenging—until now.
BMW has changed its airbox geometry several times over the years, particularly for HP4 Race and WSBK applications. After analyzing and comparing all versions, BT Moto engineered a purpose-built solution that works within the OEM airbox to improve top-end power and midrange response, giving race-focused riders a real performance advantage.
Why Choose BT Moto Over Other Brands?
Many third-party stacks in the market suffer from serious design flaws:
• Use of soft rubber grommets that collapse under high airflow and RPM
• Oversized dimensions that interfere with the adjustable stack servo, causing mechanical failure
• No meaningful change to AFR (air/fuel ratio), proving airflow isn’t actually improved
• In some cases, less power than stock!
In contrast, BT Moto's stacks are precision-engineered to deliver smoother airflow, eliminate the common power dip around 11,500 RPM, and enhance breathing at high RPMs. They also produce a more aggressive intake sound, which appeals to both racers and enthusiasts.
Important Note:
Custom fuel tuning or AFR adjustment is required to achieve the advertised performance gains.
This product is not plug-and-play and should not be used without verifying air/fuel ratios using a wideband sensor or fuel controller (e.g., Power Commander).
These stacks are ideal for fully bolted or tuned bikes, and work with both flashed or piggyback-fueled setups. Without the proper tuning, results may be limited.

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge. Special orders arranged through confirmed pre-order cannot be cancelled.
You can request a return within 3 days of receipt, or an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Return and Exchange Conditions
The product must be in its original, unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories retained.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, if it shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded Products
Some products are not eligible for return or exchange, such as: used products like shoes, clothing, and spare parts; electrical and electronic components and batteries; personal protective clothing and equipment after use or removal of their accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For in-store purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, a 2.5% electronic payment processing fee is deducted.
How to Return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing Defects and Shipping Errors
If the product has a proven manufacturing defect, or a shipping error happened on our side, we will cover all costs and you will receive a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing and Refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. Once your request is approved, the refund is processed the same day, and the amount may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
