The spool is an anchor point used to be able to raise your motorcycle easily and safely.The spool from PUIG is the perfect option to add to your bike since it is made from anodized billet aluminium or nylon to provide greater strength to the piece, making it more resistant. In spite of hardness, the spool has a reduced weight of 32 gr.
The part, in addition to its functionality, also fulfils the purpose of protecting the swingarm thanks to the incorporation of the nylon washer.
This product is offerd in pairs and it should be taken into account that, although the references that appear in the table are for most bikes, the measurements of the original part and its thread must be verified.
We ship your order within Saudi Arabia via Naqel or Aramex, and it typically arrives within 2 to 4 business days: about 2 days for major cities, and 3 to 4 days for other areas.
Free shipping on orders over SAR 1,500 within the Kingdom.
We also ship internationally via carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Delivery times vary by destination country.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
