Introduction:
For best performance and optimal operation, multi-cylinder engines require throttle body synchronization from time-to-time. This synchronization process equalizes the negative pressure (i.e. vacuum) in the intake/throttle bodies, so all cylinders get the same amount of air/fuel mixture. The eSync Tool from HealTech Electronics Ltd. is the best solution for this job.
With conventional sync tools you only see a heavily damped average value of the pulsing vacuum. In contrast, with the eSync Tool you get real-time information about what is happening in the combustion chamber. You can also make far more precise adjustments.
Measurements can be saved and used for reference later. With the Service Report function it’s the perfect choice for workshops.

Compatibility:
All multi-port gasoline engines are supported: motorcycles, ATV/UTVs, racing cars, racing outboard motors with either fuel-injected or carbureted engines. It’s best suited for 2, 3 and 4-cylinder engines. However, the tool can be used on single-cylinder engines for engine condition analysis. It can also be used on engines with five or more cylinders, but only four cylinders can be synced at the same time.

We also ship internationally via carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Delivery times vary by destination country.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
