"Grazie Vale" is Italian for "Thank you Vale." It was the phrase fans and teams raised at the end of the 2021 season, when Valentino Rossi retired from MotoGP after 26 seasons and nine world titles. AGV, his helmet partner across that entire career, released this graphic as the official farewell tribute. So the helmet in front of you is more than a good-looking paint job. It documents a moment in racing history, wrapped in the fluo yellow that followed Rossi through his whole career, with the 46 and the Italian tricolor where they belong.
The yellow is not just for show
Here is a practical benefit nobody mentions: fluo yellow is the most visible color a rider can wear, by day and under lights at night. Race-bred performance underneath
The base is the K1 S, built from AGV's MotoGP experience.
- Shell and stability: the high resistance thermoplastic shell was shaped in the wind tunnel, and the rear Aero Spoiler keeps it planted at highway speed.
- Ventilation: five front intake vents borrow their design from AGV's race helmets, paired with two rear extractors that pull hot air out, a feature you appreciate most in a Gulf summer.
- Interior: the Dry-Comfort lining wicks sweat, removes completely for washing, and is cut to fit over glasses without pressure points.
- Certification: ECE 22.06, the current European standard with its full set of tougher tests, including the rotational impact test that simulates the angled crashes most common in real accidents.
- Closure: the same Double D ring used on race tracks.
- Visor: the Ultravision panoramic visor gives a 190 degree horizontal view, swaps without tools through the quick release system, and is prepared for a Pinlock 70 MaxVision anti-fog insert.
- Communication: speaker pockets in the lining keep the helmet ready for a Bluetooth intercom.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

What does Grazie Vale mean?
It means "Thank you Vale" in Italian, the farewell message fans gave Valentino Rossi when he retired from MotoGP at the end of the 2021 season.
Will the fluo yellow fade in Gulf sun?
AGV's original paint is multi-layered and made to resist sunlight. To keep it at its best for years, store the helmet out of direct sun and rinse dust off with water instead of dry-wiping it.
Is it good for daily riding in the heat?
Yes. The five front vents and two rear extractors make this one of the best-ventilated helmets at this price, and the sweat-wicking lining washes clean after summer rides.
Can I fit a Bluetooth intercom?
Yes. The lining includes ready speaker pockets, and the shell accepts standard clamp and adhesive mounts.
