Matt black is the color that works on every motorcycle, and on the Jarama SV it turns a retro design into something quietly aggressive. The B2 colorway keeps decoration to a minimum: a deep matt finish broken only by thin silver pinstripes along the chin and base. No loud graphics. If the white version of this helmet is a tribute to 80s racing, this one is the modern rider's take on it.
The shape may be vintage, but the certification is not. The Jarama holds ECE 22.06 approval, the current European standard, and it was the first retro-style full face helmet in the world to earn it. That detail matters more than it sounds, because the retro helmet market is full of beautiful shells carrying outdated 22.05 or DOT-only stickers.
Here the classic look comes with protection tested to today's requirements, backed by a brand that has been building helmets since 1968. The Jarama name itself goes back to MT's early days, and this SV generation is its revival.
What SV adds
SV means sun visor. A full-coverage tinted visor is built inside the shell and drops over your eyes when the light gets harsh, then retracts completely out of sight. Retro helmets almost never offer this, since squeezing a sun visor mechanism into a slim classic shell is difficult, and most brands simply skip it. MT didn't, and in a sunny climate that single feature decides whether a helmet is usable every day or only on cloudy ones.
Built for real use, not just photos
The shell is HIRP, MT's high impact resistant polymer, and the complete helmet weighs roughly 1,450 grams. The clear front visor is anti-scratch and detaches in seconds through a purpose-built quick release, no tools involved, so fitting the dark smoke MT-V-32 made for this shell is a two-minute job. It accepts Pinlock and Fog-Off anti-fog inserts for humid mornings.
Airflow runs from the front intakes through to rear extractors, and the whole interior lining unclips for washing. The chin strap closes with MT's double-tooth micrometric ratchet, easy to operate with gloves.
Intercom without surgery
The helmet arrives prepared for Bluetooth intercom systems. Speaker pockets and mounting space are already in place, so adding communication for navigation or calls doesn't require carving into the padding.

Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Only the finish. The B2 is matt black with silver pinstripes, the A7 is gloss white with red and blue stripes. Shell, certification, sun visor, and all features are identical.
