Outer shell construction is ABS thermoplastic material which is lightweight and safe in case of impact.
Inner shell is made of EPS material with varying densities depending on zone ensuring perfect response to impacts.
Main visor is transparent polycarbonate with scratch resistant treatment, designed to cover the whole face for protection from wind and dust.
Second interior visor is dark for comfort against strong light, working like sunglasses. Relief present in the lower part, once raised causes the visor to disappear inside the shell.
Two air vents in the top and extractor on the back ensure good ventilation.
Interior of the helmet is designed to be comfortable, allows for wide view and feeling of freedom of movement.
All interior are made hypoallergic by the Sanitized treatment while also being removable and washable.
Micrometric safety strap makes the hook and release fast.

We ship your order within Saudi Arabia via Naqel or Aramex, arriving within 2 to 4 business days: around 2 days for major cities and 3 to 4 days for other locations.

Free shipping on orders over SAR 1,500 within Saudi Arabia.

We also ship internationally via global carriers such as FedEx and UPS, with delivery time varying by destination country.

Once your order ships, you will receive a message with a tracking number to follow your shipment until it arrives.

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge. Special orders arranged through confirmed pre-order cannot be cancelled.

You can request a return within 3 days of receipt, or an exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Return and Exchange Conditions

The product must be in its original, unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories retained.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, if it shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.

Excluded Products

Some products are not eligible for return or exchange, such as: used products like shoes, clothing, and spare parts; electrical and electronic components and batteries; personal protective clothing and equipment after use or removal of their accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.

Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt.

Fees

When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.

For in-store purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, a 2.5% electronic payment processing fee is deducted.

How to Return

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.

Manufacturing Defects and Shipping Errors

If the product has a proven manufacturing defect, or a shipping error happened on our side, we will cover all costs and you will receive a full refund including shipping fees.

Processing and Refunds

Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. Once your request is approved, the refund is processed the same day, and the amount may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
