After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Is this helmet original?
Yes, it is a 100% genuine AGV product made in Italy's AGV line, carrying official ECE 22.06 and DOT certification marks.
Does it work in hot climates?
Yes. The five-intake ventilation system is one of the best in this price range and keeps air moving across your head the whole ride.
Can I install a Bluetooth intercom?
Yes. The helmet is intercom ready, so most major communication systems fit without any modification.
Does it have an internal sun visor?
No. Like most race-derived helmets, the K1 S skips the drop-down sun visor to save weight. The common solution is to swap the clear visor for a tinted or mirrored one, which AGV sells as an original spare part.
Can I replace the visor later?
Yes. The visor removes without tools, and original replacement visors are available in clear, smoke, and mirrored finishes.
