We also ship internationally via carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Delivery times vary by destination country.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Is the Limit 46 an official Valentino Rossi design?
Yes. It is AGV's own 46-branded graphic, produced by the company that made Rossi's helmets throughout his racing career, not an aftermarket print.
What is the difference between the Limit 46 and the K1 Rossi Mugello 2016?
The Limit 46 is built on the current K1 S: ECE 22.06 certified and 1,442 grams measured. The Mugello 2016 is a race-weekend replica design on the previous-generation K1: ECE 22.05 certified and 1,550 grams measured. Choose the Limit 46 for the newest platform, the Mugello for the collectible replica design.
Is a Pinlock anti-fog insert included?
No. The visor is Max Pinlock ready and accepts a Pinlock Max Vision insert, but the insert is sold separately. Worth adding if you regularly ride in humid or cool conditions.
Does it have a built-in sun visor?
No, the K1 S uses a single clear visor. If an internal sun visor is essential for you, the AGV K3 in our store includes one along with a boxed Pinlock.
What head shape does the K1 S fit?
Intermediate oval, slightly longer front-to-back than side-to-side, the most common head shape. Measure your circumference just above the eyebrows and match it to the size chart. If between sizes, the snugger size usually becomes perfect as the padding settles.
Is the Double D closure hard to use?
It takes a few rides to thread quickly, then becomes automatic. In return it fits identically every time, never wears out, and is the same closure type required at most race tracks.
Is the K1 S comfortable in hot weather?
Yes. Five front vents push air through internal channels, the spoiler's two rear extractors pull hot air out, and the Dry-Comfort interior manages sweat. Its light weight also reduces fatigue on long hot rides.
Can I install a Cardo or Sena intercom, and does it fit glasses?
Yes to both. The K1 S is prepared for communication systems and accommodates the common Cardo and Sena units, and the interior is shaped to accept glasses arms without pressure at the temples.
