You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Is the AGV K1 S certified to the new ECE 22.06 standard?
Yes. The K1 S passed the full ECE 22.06 test program at independent laboratories, including the rotational impact tests, under AGV's Extreme Safety construction protocol.
Is a Pinlock anti-fog insert included?
No. The Ultravision visor accepts a Pinlock 70 MaxVision insert, but it is sold separately. If you regularly ride in humid or cool conditions, adding one is worthwhile.
Does the K1 S have a built-in sun visor?
No, it uses a single clear visor. Riders who want an internal sun visor should look at the AGV K3 in our store, which includes one along with a Pinlock in the box.
What is the difference between the K1 and the K1 S?
The K1 S is the updated generation: certified to ECE 22.06 instead of ECE 22.05, roughly 100 grams lighter on the scale, with a refined visor system. The older K1 remains available mainly in replica graphics that were never produced on the K1 S.
Is the Double D closure difficult to use?
It takes a few rides to get fast at threading the strap, and after that it becomes automatic. In exchange you get a closure that fits perfectly every time, has no mechanism to wear out, and is the only type accepted at most race tracks.
Is the K1 S good for hot weather?
Yes. The chin and top vents feed air through internal channels, the spoiler extracts hot air at the rear, and the Dry-Comfort interior manages sweat. Its light weight also reduces fatigue on long hot rides.
Can I install a Cardo or Sena intercom?
Yes. The K1 S is prepared for communication systems, with interior space that accommodates the common Cardo and Sena units.
Is it comfortable with glasses?
Yes. The interior is shaped to be glasses-friendly, so frames slide in without pressure points at the temples.
