Three front intake vents, crown, brow and chin, feed air through channels in the EPS liner, and a rear spoiler with extraction ports pulls the hot air back out. Ready for your intercom
The shell carries a recessed housing built for a standard UCS intercom unit, with room left in the cheek pads for speakers. If you run a Cardo or Sena, or you're on the road all shift taking calls, the unit sits flush against the shell instead of catching wind off the side.

Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.

Does gloss grey run hotter or cooler than matt black in the sun?
Cooler. Lighter, glossier finishes reflect more direct sunlight than dark matt ones. Once you're riding, ventilation matters more than colour, but parked in the sun the difference is noticeable by hand.
