Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Does a white helmet really stay cooler?
Yes, and the difference is easy to feel. Light colors reflect a large share of sunlight while dark colors absorb it, so a white shell heats up less in direct sun. Pair that with the vents and the difference on a summer ride is real.
Is this the same safety level as the black Thunder 4 SV?
Identical. Every color of the Thunder 4 SV carries the same ECE 22.06 and DOT approvals, the same shell, and the same hardware. Only the finish changes.
Will the white finish turn yellow or scratch easily?
The gloss lacquer resists everyday scratching well, and normal cleaning keeps it bright. Just avoid harsh solvents and don't leave it baking on the mirror in direct sun every day, which is good advice for any helmet finish.
Can I fit a Bluetooth intercom?
Yes. There's a built-in housing for UCS universal intercoms and speaker recesses inside, so Sena and Cardo units fit cleanly.
Does it come with a dark visor?
It ships with a clear visor, and the smoked sun visor is built inside. Flip the switch and it drops down, so you're covered for glare from day one.
