The Thunder 4 SV made history as the first full face helmet with an internal sun visor to pass ECE 22.06, the toughest safety standard on the road today. It also carries DOT approval. In plain terms, this helmet has been tested harder than most lids costing three times as much, and it passed.
The A1 version comes in clean matt black with a subtle red Thunder 4 mark near the base. No loud graphics. Just a sharp, quiet look that works on a sport bike in Riyadh traffic as well as it does on a weekend run down the coast road to Jeddah.
Will this helmet keep you cool in Saudi summers?
This is where the Thunder 4 SV earns its money in Saudi Arabia. Flip the switch and a smoked internal sun visor drops down behind the main shield, so you are never squinting into afternoon glare or stopping to swap visors. The MT-AFCS ventilation system pulls air through the shell and out the rear spoiler while you move, and when you get home dusty and sweaty, the whole interior comes out and goes in the wash. The lining is hypoallergenic and dries fast, so the helmet stays fresh even with daily use through summer.
Care tip: Hand wash the liner and let it air dry. Machine washing wears out the padding foam faster.
Safety you can actually feel
The shell is made from HIRP, a high impact resistant polymer blend, and it comes in two shell sizes so a small head is not swimming inside a large shell. The clear visor is 2.2 mm thick, scratch resistant, and locks shut so it cannot fly open in a crash. It is also ready for a Pinlock 100% Max Vision lens for fog-free vision on early winter mornings.
The QVSS quick swap system lets you change the visor in seconds, even with gloves on, so fitting a blue mirrored MT-V-28B for bright daytime rides takes no effort. Underneath, a double toothed micrometric buckle clicks tight in one motion, and the ERS emergency release system lets medics remove the cheek pads safely if the worst ever happens.
Ready for your intercom
Planning to add a Bluetooth headset? The Thunder 4 SV has a built-in cage designed for UCS universal intercoms, plus space for speakers, so a Sena or Cardo unit fits cleanly without zip ties or glue.

You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Is it suitable for hot weather?
Yes. The MT-AFCS vents move air through the shell while riding, the sun visor cuts glare, and the liner is removable and washable, which matters a lot in Saudi summers.
How do I pick my size?
Measure around your head about 2 cm above your eyebrows and match the number to the size chart. If you land between sizes, choose the smaller one, since the padding softens with use.
