The Scorpion EXO-1500 Carbon Air Onyx Black is the touring full face helmet in Scorpion's carbon line, built for riders who cover long distances and want a quiet, light helmet with a sun visor built in. It replaces the EXO-1400 with a more aerodynamic shell, a re-engineered interior for noise control and a new height-adjustable SpeedView II sun visor. It's ECE 22.06 certified, comes with a Pinlock and a smoke visor in the box, and every Onyx shell carries its own forged-style carbon pattern.

Why the EXO-1500 Carbon Suits Touring in Saudi Arabia
Noise on the highway. Three hours on the road from Riyadh to Qassim wears you down mostly through wind noise. Scorpion rebuilt the interior of the EXO-1500 specifically to insulate sound, and the carbon shell is shaped to keep air moving smoothly past it. You'll still want earplugs at speed, but the difference from the old Scorpion EXO-1400 is clear.
Low desert sun. The SpeedView II sun visor drops with a slider on the side, and unlike most inner visors it lets you set the height. That matters at sunrise and sunset when the sun sits right at the edge of your view. Both sides are anti-fog treated, so it stays clear on early morning starts.
Summer heat. The chin and top intakes were tuned in a wind tunnel to pull air through the liner, and the rear exhaust lets hot air out. The KwikWick III liner moves sweat away from your skin and can be washed after a hot day.
A helmet that doesn't move. AirFit is a small pump inside the chin bar. A few squeezes inflate the cheek pads until the helmet sits firmly on your face. That cuts vibration and lift at highway speed and removes pressure points on long days.
Two visors and Pinlock in the box. You get the clear visor installed, a smoke visor for daytime, and a Pinlock MaxVision lens for humid coastal rides in Jeddah or Dammam. The Ellip-Tec II ratchet swaps visors in seconds without tools.
Fuel stops with gloves on. The One Touch quick-release buckle opens with a single pull, so you're not fighting a D-ring every time you stop for water or fuel.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Is the EXO-1500 Carbon rated to ECE 22.05 or 22.06?
22.06. Some older EXO-1400 stock in the market still carries 22.05, so check the label inside the chin bar if you're comparing. The EXO-1500 was designed for the newer test from the start.
What's the difference between the EXO-1500 and the EXO-1400?
The EXO-1500 replaces the EXO-1400 EVO II. It has a more aerodynamic shell, a re-engineered interior for lower noise, the new height-adjustable SpeedView II sun visor and an upgraded surface finish. The AirFit system and the KwikWick liner carry over.
Carbon or fiberglass EXO-1500, which should I choose?
Both have the same features and the same certification. The carbon version is lighter, which you notice most on long rides, and it has the Onyx finish. If weight and looks matter to you, choose carbon. If budget matters more, the fiberglass version is the same helmet underneath.
What's included with the EXO-1500 Carbon?
More than most helmets at this level: a smoke visor for daytime, a Pinlock MaxVision lens and a breath deflector, all in the Prime box with a helmet sack. The clear visor comes fitted. You don't need to buy anything else to ride it in Saudi conditions.
Is the EXO-1500 only for Scorpion's EXO-COM, or will Sena and Cardo fit too?
EXO-COM is the system it was shaped around, so that one fits flush. Sena and Cardo units mount on the same side area and use the same speaker pockets; they sit slightly prouder on the shell but work the same.
Does every Onyx helmet look the same?
No. The forged-style carbon pattern forms differently on each shell, so your helmet has a pattern no one else has. The colour and finish are consistent; the marbling is not.
