Safety features of the Exo-City A helmet's job first and foremost is to provide protection. Constructed from Polycarbonate, this Black Exo-City offers excellent protection and performance without having to break the bank. The chinstrap is an important part of the helmet’s effectiveness in a crash and It is also the part that you interact with the most when putting on and taking off the helmet. The Exo-City features a Micrometric buckle. This is a safe and user friendly buckle, it allows for easy adjustments and unlike any other style of buckles you can actually operate this buckle with your gloves on. Of course all of our helmets are certified and road legal for European roads as this helmet is ECE 22.05 approved. This safety rating is also road legal in many other countries like Australia and Canada. The Exo-City Comfort Besides safety, comfort is key to any good helmet, this Exo-City features a ventilation system with 1 Intake port which keeps you fresh and cool. In addition the helmet is fitted with a Moisture wicking, Removable, Washable interior. Our customers rate this helmet to have an Intermediate fit.

شروط الإرجاع والاستبدال
يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية غير مستخدم، مع الاحتفاظ بالفاتورة الأصلية والتغليف الأصلي وجميع الملحقات.
لا يُقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال إذا تم فتح المنتج أو العبث بتغليفه، أو ظهرت عليه علامات استخدام أو تلف أو تخزين غير سليم، أو كانت أي ملحقات أو أجزاء من التغليف الأصلي مفقودة.
المنتجات المستثناة
بعض المنتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، مثل: المنتجات المستعملة كالأحذية والملابس وقطع الغيار، والقطع الكهربائية والإلكترونية والبطاريات، وملابس ومعدات الحماية الشخصية بعد الاستخدام أو نزع ملحقاتها، وقطع الغيار الفنية بعد التركيب أو الاستخدام.
يجب فحص المنتجات الإلكترونية والبطاريات خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام.
الرسوم
عند إرجاع منتج قابل لإعادة البيع، قد يُخصم ما يصل إلى 25% من قيمته.
للمشتريات من المعرض المدفوعة ببطاقة بنكية (فيزا أو ماستركارد)، إذا طُلب الإرجاع بعد مرور 24 ساعة من الشراء، تُخصم رسوم معالجة دفع إلكتروني بنسبة 2.5%.

يمكنك طلب بوليصة شحن إرجاع من خدمة العملاء مقابل 30 ريالًا سعوديًا، أو شحن المنتج على حسابك الخاص.
العيوب المصنعية وأخطاء الشحن
إذا كان المنتج به عيب مصنعي مثبت، أو حدث خطأ في الشحن من طرفنا، فسنتحمل كامل التكاليف وتحصل على استرداد كامل شامل رسوم الشحن.
معالجة الطلب والاسترداد
تتم معالجة طلبات الإرجاع والاستبدال خلال يومي عمل. بعد الموافقة على طلبك، يتم تنفيذ الاسترداد في نفس اليوم، وقد يظهر المبلغ في حسابك خلال 1 إلى 7 أيام عمل حسب البنك.
