The Stinger 2 Pure A1 Matt is that finish on a full face helmet with credentials far above its price: government crash-test results that embarrass helmets costing several times more.
Those credentials are specific. SHARP, the UK's official helmet testing programme, put the Stinger 2 through its full battery of impacts in 2025 and awarded the maximum five stars, a score shared with premium flagships and rarely seen anywhere near this price bracket. Certification is ECE 22.06 with its rotational impact tests included, and under the HIRP shell sits a dual-density EPS liner, two foam hardnesses layered so the helmet manages both lighter spills and harder hits.
Small aerodynamic details you feel at speed
The shell carries an integrated rear spoiler, borrowed thinking from MT's sportier lines, which steadies the helmet against buffeting on highway runs. Up front, the vents feed interior channels while the spoiler area exhausts the warm air out the back. A chin curtain and breath deflector come in the box and fitted, cutting wind noise from below and steering your breath away from the visor, which is the cheapest anti-fog technology ever invented.
The visor punches above the price
It's MT's V-28B unit, anti-scratch, wind-stable, and removable in seconds by hand through the QVSS quick-swap system. It's fully Pinlock Max Vision ready and takes MT's Fog-Off sheet as an alternative (both Pinlock and Fog-Off inserts sold separately). When the visor scratches years from now, you replace the visor, not the helmet.

The interior includes speaker pockets and the shell is prepared for a universal UCS intercom, so a Bluetooth intercom installs without pressing speakers into your ears. The lining itself is laser-cut hypoallergenic fabric that wicks sweat, and every piece of it unclips for machine washing. Closure is MT's MDTC micrometric ratchet, glove-friendly in both directions.
No internal sun visor on this model, that's the one feature the price left out, and riders who need one should look at the MT Braker SV. You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.
How to return
You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Did the MT Stinger 2 really score 5 stars in crash testing?
Yes. SHARP, the UK government's independent helmet testing programme, awarded the Stinger 2 its maximum 5-star rating after laboratory impact testing in 2025.
What's the difference between the matt and gloss versions?
Only the finish. Pure A1 Matt is this understated flat black; Pure A1 Gloss is the same helmet with a shiny lacquer. Shell, certification, and every feature are identical.
How do I look after a matt black helmet?
Wash it with mild soap, water, and a microfiber cloth. Skip polish, wax, and strong solvents entirely, they create shiny patches on matt paint that can't be undone.
Does it have a sun visor?
No, the Stinger 2 range doesn't include an internal sun visor. The MT Braker SV adds one and carries its own SHARP 5-star rating.
Will my Bluetooth headset fit?
Yes. The interior has dedicated speaker pockets and the helmet is prepared for UCS-standard intercom units, so common Bluetooth systems install cleanly.
Is there a matching kids' version?
