After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Is this helmet suitable for daily riding or only the track?
Both. It is race-bred, but the quiet shell, the included Pinlock anti-fog lens, the City Position visor setting for slow traffic, and the strong airflow make it a genuinely practical daily helmet.
How do I choose the right size?
Wrap a soft tape around your head just above the eyebrows and across the widest part of the back of your head, then compare the reading with our size guide. Between two sizes? The AirFit system lets you fine-tune snugness after purchase.
Can I install a Bluetooth headset?
The interior accommodates most popular communication systems such as Cardo and Sena, and the smooth shell side gives the mount a clean surface. Check your unit's speaker dimensions before installing.
Does it come with a dark or mirrored visor?
No. It ships with a clear shield installed plus the Pinlock 70 MaxVision anti-fog lens. The mirrored shield seen in some photos is sold separately, and swapping shields takes seconds with the tool-free Ellip-Tec II system.
Is the carbon pattern really different on every helmet?
Yes. Forged carbon forms a random marbled pattern during production, so no two Onyx helmets look alike.
How do I care for the liner in hot weather?
The KwikWick III liner is fully removable. Hand-wash it with mild soap, air-dry it away from direct sunlight, and refit it. In summer, washing it every week or two keeps it fresh.
