After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.

You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

How do I clean a matte helmet without ruining the finish?
Use water, mild soap, and a soft microfiber cloth. Never use polish, wax, or silicone-based cleaners, because they create shiny patches on matte coats that cannot be removed. Done right, a matte shell stays even and deep black for years.
Does the matte finish scratch or mark more than gloss?
It hides dust and light swirls better than gloss, but it shows oily fingerprints and sticker glue more, and you cannot polish marks out of it. The cleaning rule above keeps it looking new.
Is this the same helmet as the gloss black D-Skwal 3?
Mechanically, yes, identical: same shell, certification, sun visor, Pinlock, interior, and buckle. Only the paint finish differs. Pick by look, not by spec.
Is ECE 22.06 a big deal at this price?
Yes. Many helmets in this range still carry the older 22.05 approval. The 22.06 protocol adds rotational impact measurement and more test points, so passing it at this price is a genuine achievement.
Will a Bluetooth headset fit?
Yes. The interior is Sharktooth compatible with room for common intercom speakers, and the flat shell side takes standard mounts. The matte surface grips adhesive mounts well, just clean the spot with a damp cloth first, no alcohol cleaners.
