After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

What is the difference between the Ridill 2 and the D-Skwal 3?
They share the Shark essentials: ECE 22.06, Lexan shell, sun visor, BEST FIT interior, micrometric buckle. The D-Skwal 3 adds the Pinlock lens in the box, a more aerodynamic CFD-shaped shell, and a slightly richer finish, for more money. The Ridill 2 keeps the core and trims the price.
Is the Pinlock anti-fog lens included?
No, and we say it clearly because some listings blur this. The visor is Pinlock 70 ready with tension pins already fitted, and the lens is sold separately. In dry Gulf weather many riders never need it; if you ride in coastal humidity, add it to your order.
Is a helmet at this price actually safe?
The certification answers better than any promise: ECE 22.06 is the same protocol premium helmets pass, with rotational impact tests and more measuring points than the old standard. Price buys refinement and materials; the safety floor here is the current European maximum.
Can I add a Bluetooth intercom later?
Yes. There is space for speakers inside and the helmet is prepared for Shark's Sharktooth system, while common universal intercoms fit the flat shell side with standard mounts.
How do I keep the gloss black clean?
Warm water, mild soap, soft microfiber. Soak dried bugs with a wet cloth for a minute instead of scrubbing. Avoid solvent cleaners near the visor and sun visor, since they can damage the anti-fog treatment.
