We ship your order within Saudi Arabia via Naqel or Aramex, and it typically arrives within 2 to 4 business days: about 2 days for major cities, and 3 to 4 days for other areas.

We also ship internationally via carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Delivery times vary by destination country.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping at no charge. Special pre-order / reservation orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a product return within 3 days of delivery, or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

You can request a return shipping label from customer service for SAR 30, or ship the product at your own expense.
Manufacturing defects & shipping errors
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if a shipping error was made on our side, we will cover all related costs and provide a full refund including shipping fees.
Processing & refunds
Return and exchange requests are processed within two business days. After approval, the refund is issued the same day and may appear in your account within 1 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Does a black matte helmet get hotter in the Gulf sun?
Heat comes from the color, not the finish: black absorbs more sun than white whether matte or gloss. What actually keeps your head cool is the ventilation, and the Ridill 2 moves air through front and chin intakes, internal channels, and a rear extractor. Park in shade when you can and the finish makes no practical difference.
Will the matte finish fade over the years?
Like any finish, long daily sun exposure ages it slowly. Storing the helmet indoors instead of on the mirror of a parked bike is the single habit that keeps matte deep and even for years.
Is the Pinlock anti-fog lens in the box?
No. The visor is Pinlock 70 ready with tension pins fitted, and the lens is sold separately. Riders in dry inland climates often skip it entirely; coastal riders should add it.
What do I get by paying more for the D-Skwal 3 instead?
The Pinlock lens included, a CFD-sculpted shell with integrated spoilers, and a richer finish level. The certification, sun visor, BEST FIT interior, and micrometric buckle you already get right here.
Can stickers be removed from a matte shell?
They come off, but adhesive residue is more visible on matte than gloss and rubbing hard can burnish a shiny spot. If you love decals, apply them where you're happy to keep them, or choose the gloss version.
