Return & exchange conditions
The product must be in its original unused condition, with the original invoice, original packaging, and all accessories included.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or its packaging tampered with, shows signs of use, damage, or improper storage, or if any accessories or parts of the original packaging are missing.
Excluded products
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: used products including footwear, clothing, and spare parts; electrical/electronic parts and batteries; personal protective clothing and gear after use or after removing accessories; and technical spare parts after installation or use.
Electronic products and batteries must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
Fees
When returning a resalable product, up to 25% of its value may be deducted.
For showroom purchases paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), if a return is requested more than 24 hours after purchase, an electronic payment processing fee of 2.5% applies.

Is the gold shield in the photos really included?
Yes, and it is the question everyone asks. The box contains both the clear Fliteshield and the RST Gold mirrored Fliteshield, plus the internal Dark Smoke Dropshield. Three optical setups from day one.
What does discontinued mean for me as a buyer?
Icon has stopped producing this graphic and major retailers list it as not returning. Buying now means buying from remaining stock. Spare shields and Airflite parts remain widely available since the platform lives on; only this artwork is finished.
Why is this helmet ECE 22.05 and not 22.06?
The El Centro comes from the Airflite's earlier production era, certified to DOT FMVSS 218 and ECE 22.05, both valid legal certifications. Newer Airflite graphics carry 22.06. If the newest European protocol is your priority, we stock helmets that have it; if this artwork is the priority, the certification remains fully road-legal.
Is the gold shield usable at night?
No, mirrored shields are daytime equipment. That is exactly why the clear shield and the internal Dropshield are in the box: swap to clear for the evening, and let the Dropshield handle in-between light. The shield change takes seconds on the Airflite's quick-change system.
How do I keep the gold shield scratch-free?
Store whichever shield is off the helmet in the soft pouch, clean only with water and microfiber, and never wipe it dry with dust on it. Mirrored coatings show scratches more than clear ones, so a little care preserves a lot of shine.
Does the pearl paint really look different in person?
Yes, and even Icon's dealers say so in their own listings. The black carries heavy pearl flake that only moves in real light. It is the rare product where the photos undersell the goods.
Can I keep riding a collectible helmet after a crash?
The permanent rule: one hard impact retires any helmet. The EPS inside crushes invisibly to protect you, and a collectible shell protects exactly once, like every other.
